When dining out was no longer an option, restaurant owners and restaurant goers faced a dilemma - ensuring the survival of our restaurant industry and the people in it. Takeout Is Your Answer. 

 

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the surge in takeout demand and food security programs put a lot of pressure on the supply chain. As the manufacturer, we stepped up on production. We lended hands in helping non-profit organizations in California to reliably source food containers for food security programs that supported senior homes and low income groups. 
 

Where it started

 

Tiya’s mission is to empower the restaurant industry to scale the takeout business. We set out to discover how we could provide while holding our planet and customers dear to heart. By working directly with our own factory and R&D team, we developed our own BPA-free and FDA-approved microwavable takeout containers, with a focus on reusability and food safety.

High quality and low cost are at the core of everything we do – from our factory in Guangdong, China to our distribution center in Hayward, California and our network of distributors and wholesalers. Over 10 years of product experience and the streamlined supply chain have allowed us to maintain high quality standards and pass down cost savings to end customers.

Whether it’s adding extra ridges to enhance rigidity or enlarging openings for easier access, we take feedback seriously. We listen to our customers and report all critiques back to our quality control department for product improvement and quality monitoring.
